1. About us
This website, hunstonprints.com, is operated by Hunston Prints ("we", "us", "our") of 74 Seabrook Drive, FY5 3SB, United Kingdom. You can contact us at declanhunston@yahoo.com. Our store is hosted on Shopify.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully, along with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
2. Our products
We sell art prints, posters and framed prints, which are printed to order. We make every effort to show our products accurately, but colours can vary slightly depending on your screen and on the printing process, and framed products may differ slightly from the images shown. Sizes are approximate.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. Our contract with you is formed when we accept your order and begin production or dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order, we'll let you know and refund any payment in full.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers. If we discover an error in a product's price, we'll contact you before going ahead with the order.
5. Production and delivery
Because each print is made to order, there is a short production time before dispatch. Any delivery times we give are estimates. We'll do our best to deliver on time, but we're not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, such as courier or postal delays. Delivery is to the address you give at checkout, so please make sure it's correct.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel, return items and receive refunds are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, images and text on this website belong to Hunston Prints or our licensors. When you buy a print, you're buying a physical copy for personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use our designs commercially without our written permission.
8. Using our website
You agree not to misuse our website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing viruses or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.
9. Our responsibility to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach, up to the price you paid for the products concerned. We're not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are for domestic and private use. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited or excluded under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order will apply to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
