Refund policy

Every Hunston Prints poster is printed to order just for you. We want you to love your print, so if something isn't right, please get in touch and we'll sort it out.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your print or frame arrives damaged, misprinted, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us at declanhunston@yahoo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send you a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask you to, and if we do, we'll cover the return postage.

Changed your mind?

If you're in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us at declanhunston@yahoo.com with your order number within that 14-day period.

  • Please return the item within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
  • Items should be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging, so they arrive back with us undamaged.
  • Unless the item was faulty or incorrect, you'll need to pay the cost of returning it. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in the post.
  • We'll refund the price you paid, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof that you've sent it).
  • We may reduce your refund if the item has been handled or used beyond what's needed to inspect it.

Please email us before sending anything back so we can give you the return address.

Cancelling before dispatch

Because prints are made to order, production starts soon after you place your order. If you'd like to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before it goes to print.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method. Once processed, it may take a few working days for the money to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your legal rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
